A note from the founder
“I started After Daycare Club because I knew the feeling: daycare is over, dinner still needs to happen, and one small person needs all of you.”
The After-Daycare Plan grew from my experience as a busy mother. I wanted a place to turn when I had no energy left to plan. The card bundles are there too, for the days when you want to choose your own ideas.
Good to know
Frequently asked questions.
Should I choose the After-Daycare Plan or a card bundle?
Choose the After-Daycare Plan if you want a plan to follow: tonight’s starting point, ready-made weeks, shopping help and cook-ahead options, with the full recipes and activities included. Choose an age bundle if you prefer to pick your own ideas from standalone activity and recipe cards. Individual decks are also available if you only want play ideas or recipes.
Do I need to buy the card packs as well as the After-Daycare Plan?
No. Each After-Daycare Plan includes the complete recipes and activities used in its plans. You can use it on its own. Choose a card pack if you prefer to browse individual ideas and put your own evenings together.
Which age range should I choose?
Choose the range that fits your child now: 6–12 months, 12–18 months, 18–24 months or 2–3 years. Both the card packs and the After-Daycare Plan are organised into these four stages. Read the individual activity and recipe guidance before using an idea.
What’s inside The After-Daycare Plan?
Each age edition includes a plan for tonight, classic and rescue weekly plans, longer planning examples, shopping lists, cook-ahead weeks, complete recipes and activities, and a seasonal food calendar. Optional quantities for 2 adults and 1 child are included in the editions for ages 12 months and up.
Do I need special toys or ingredients?
Activities use ordinary household items, and recipes use familiar ingredients. Each card shows what you need, so you can check your cupboards before choosing an idea.
Can I read them on screen or print them?
Yes. The card packs are digital downloads to read on screen or print. The After-Daycare Plan includes a phone-friendly PDF and a portrait A4 PDF. Links inside each PDF take you from a plan to its recipes and activities.
Are these physical cards?
No. The card packs and After-Daycare Plan are digital downloads. No physical cards, books, ingredients or activity materials are posted.
